I took my car for a drive during my two hour break between classes so I could really pay attention to the wheel bearing sound. My intention was to isolate which wheel has a failed bearing, but I'm still pretty sure both front bearings failed. I came upon a great photo op on my drive.

It's okay, new wheels aren't in the budget anyway. Plastidip might be though

Lift the front of the car up and turn the wheels by hand. You can usually hear a grumbly wheel bearing when you do so.
